Native Plant Community Installation & Design Experience

ADC Telecommunications World Headquarters
Location: Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN
Description: 25 acres of prairies and wetlands on a corporate site.

Medtronic World Headquarters
Location: Central Avenue and 694, Fridley, MN
Description: 3 acres of high quality restored prairies and wetlands on a corporate site.

Renewal by Andersen Windows Production Facility
Location: Highway 61 and Jamaica Ave, Cottage Grove, MN
Description: 20 acres of dry prairie, incorpoerated with traditional landscape features on a corporate site.

Target Corporation: North Central Business Campus
Location: Highway 610 and Broadway, Brooklyn Park, MN
Description: 30 acres of native plant communities ranging from wetlands to dry prairies. Also incorporating Little Bluestem (Andropogon scoparius) and Blue Grama (Bouteloua gracilis) monoculture seedings and 10 acres of turf grass seeding

City of Minneapolis Neighborhood Improvement Project
Location: 60th and 1st Streets, Minneapolis, MN
Description: New city park and “Greenspace,” wetland edge and seeding, tree, shrub, plug and sod installation.

Interstate 35W Gateway Improvement Project
Location: I-35W Interchanges with Burnsvillie Parkway, Hwy 13 and Cliff Road, Burnsvillie MN
Description: Native grasses and flowers used to enhance the road right of way

Painter Creek Wetland Restoration
Location: Intersection of Hennipin Co. Roads 6 and 19, south of Maple Plain, MN
Description: Conversion of 40 acres of Reed Canary and Cattail Dominated wetland to a highly diverse native grass, sedge and forb wetland. Also, reconstructed 2 acres of lowland, flood plain forest
Date Completed: Fall 2001

Fields of St. Croix Residential Development
Location: Highway 5, Stillwater, MN
Description: High end, cluster-style development with many natural areas, including 30 acres of restored prairie and wetland edges
