Herbicide Application
Though
generally not a primary choice for the management of natural areas, the
use of herbicides play an important role in the elimination of the most
aggressive invasive species. When
used in conjunction with other management practices, herbicides can be a
critical ally in the suppression of exotic species.
Applications are all performed by individuals licensed by the
Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) with the knowledge necessary
for an accurate and safe treatment.
